Within the types of leadership , one of the most recognized is laissez faire leadership, a more liberal type of leadership in which the leader has a passive role and it is the workers who have greater decision-making power. This is a liberal leader. who does and lets things be done, has a totally passive role, since the workers or the group are the ones who have the power. Workers have operational and decision-making independence, as leaders depend on workers to set goals, workers who can make the important decisions.
