本文主要内容为北京颐德家园基坑开挖监测方案的设计,监测项目包括桩顶水平位移监测,桩身水平位移监测,周围建筑物的沉降监测,地下水水位监测,坡顶水平位移监测等。要求进行监测点的布置设计和优化,监测项目的结果分析,画出位移与时间关系图等。此外,还有运用灰色系统数据预测基坑水平位移观测量,运用FLAC进行基坑开挖的数值模拟,并在模型基坑周围和底部土体设置水平和垂直位移监测点,模拟土体在开挖过程中的变形。
This paper was focused on the monitoring design for foudnation pit of Yidejiayuan Project, Beijing. The items to be monitored include lateral displacement of pile head and pile, settlement of surrounding building, groundwater levels and lateral movement on top of pit. It also involved the design and optimization the arrangement of monitoring points, analysis of monitoring data and preparation of displacement time series plot. In addition, gray system analysis was employed in predicting the lateral movement of the foundation pit, and numerical modeling using FLAC was also conducted to simulate the pit excavation. Several vertical and lateral movement points were installed near the pit or in the soil at foundation level to monitor the likely deformation caused by excavation of foundation pit.
